Plans to charge Falkirk residents to have their brown bins collected are being considered by Falkirk Council.
The local authority is meeting tomorrow to discuss the proposal.
It would see a £35 annual charge for brown bin collections.
Falkirk Council say the move would raise £350,000 a year.
There are also plans to introduce booking slots at recycling centres, to cut down on carbon emissions.
