Workers at Grangemouth's oil refinery have blocked a road, as they strike in a dispute over pay.
It's thought at least 100 maintenance and repair staff are staging walkouts.
A 5% pay offer was agreed last year, but staff now want to re-open the pay agreement due to rising inflation.
Workers will strike every second Wednesday, until a deal is reached.
In a statement, INEOS say they're "disappointed":
