A third man has been arrested and charged after the death of Amy Rose Wilson in Falkirk in July.
She died after a collision on New Carron Road at around 6:10pm on Saturday 29th July.
Police say the 30-year-old man is appearing at Falkirk Sheriff Court today.
Two men, aged 27 and 53, were arrested last week.
Detective Chief Inspector Susan Balfour, of Police Scotland’s Major Investigation Team, said: “Our enquiries are ongoing to trace all the occupants of the Mercedes and I would ask anyone with information to get in touch.”
